Abstract

In the human rights era, there is a strong push for community based psychiatry care. The Right to live in the community with a family and socially inclusion is the way forward endorsed by the UN Conventions of the Rights to Persons with Disability. However, there are a small group of people with severe mental illness who cannot survive in the community.
