Abstract
A systematic literature review published in Advances in Nutrition examines the scientific evidence relating to the role of breakfast cereal in health. The Benefits of Breakfast Cereal Consumption: A Systematic Review of the EvidenceBase demonstrates breakfast cereal eaters are more likely to have a healthier diet and to weigh less, and are less likely to suffer from certain diseases, than people who eat other options, or who have no breakfast at all.
