Supportive care following transplant: a European survey

Abstract
The idea for this survey came from talking to colleagues across Europe working in the field of blood and marrow transplantation who reported varying practices of care in supporting patients and their families during transplantation. It was clear that while some practices were worth re-examining other practices showed real creativity in advancing the support offered to patients and family members.
