Background: This play was a co-production of Theatre South and the University’s School of Creative Arts. In the key role of Mother Courage was Theatre South's Associate Director, Faye Montgomery, who formed Theatre South with her husband and director of the production, Des Davis. The cast featured a graduate of the Creative Arts School, Michael Coe, as well as third year acting students and two members of the Faculty, Jeff Kevin and Lisa Scott-Murphy. Students also worked in the production team.
