Abstract

Ensuring public safety is a core responsibility of any government which usually demonstrates that the government is really for the people. By contrast, an enormous failure in this regard makes a government unpopular. It is factually true that crimes have been rampantly going up in Bangladesh for long. But commissions of increased number of crimes could not be combated by any government since independence.
