Abstract
Being a university student, especially one enrolled in a Media and Communications Studies bachelors degree, involves coming to an understanding that while the technological affordances of personal computational and telecommunication devices are a means for negotiating relations with their higher education institution they are also a pathway to achieving critical professionalism for future careers.
