Multivariate spatial statistical models

Abstract
Statistical methods that are both multivariate and spatial should, along with the GIS, be an integral part of the "analysis engine' that interfaces between multivariate spatial data and multivariate spatial models. Any analysis of (multivariate spatial) data has its roots in a more or less vaguely specified statistical model. This paper brings together several well-known multivariate spatial statistical models and asks what data analytic tools they engender. -from Authors
