Abstract

This paper prepared a gradient-index antireflection PV glass with two-step etching method.SEM analysis shows that microstructure size of antireflection layer is 20-30nm and layer thickness is 100-300nm.Gaussian-like index profile of antireflection layer was affirmed by calculated simulation.The bandwidth of the transmittance more than 96% of the gradient-index broadband antireflection PV glass exceeds 1200nm.The transmittance in the band of 390-1022nm is more than 99% while the double-faced reflection in the band of 350-1084nm is less than 1%.Especially, the double-faced reflection in the band of 624-922nm is less than 0.2%.
