Abstract
A highly efficient Fe 3 BO 6 anode prepared via a solid-state synthesis method is studied for sodium-ion batteries. The Fe 3 BO 6 anode shows high capacity and excellent rate capability. The ex situ X-ray diffraction results show that the Na + ion storage mechanism involves conversion based reactions between iron oxides and sodium.
