Abstract

Total Quality Management has been a subject of growing interests in both industrialised and newly industrialising countries. However it is only in recent years that researchers have reported on the subject of quality management fcom an organizational theory perspective.

This study examines the degree of establishment of Total Quality Management core values and the influence of such values on employee behaviour and commitment. The sample of the study are employees of Allied-Signal Aerospace Singapore.
