Abstract

This study aims to: 1. Describe and analyse the nature of teacher change in the literacy area within a primary school context. 2. Use ethnographic procedures to describe and explain the processes which affect teacher change. 3. Identify possible antecedent and/or causal factors associated with teacher change in a primary school within the South Coast Region.
