Abstract

This thesis explores how organisational cultural change can be utilised to improve the effectiveness of three drug and alcohol agencies. The thesis is written in two distinct parts. The first part of the thesis creates a theoretical framework for understanding organisational cultures and organisational cultural change. The second part of the thesis utilises the model of organisational cultural change to explore how organisational cultural change can improve the effectiveness of three drug and alcohol agencies.
