The psychology of positivity at work

Abstract
It has been reported that between 20 and 30% of business performance can be determined by the mood of employees, however to date there has been limited evidence to support such a claim. There can be no denying, though, that contemporary organizations recognise that Taylor's once-popular scientific management practices of treating employees like machines overlooked emotion as one of the key drivers of human performance.
