Abstract

The economic growth of every of every nation considerably depends on an efficient operation of financial intermediaries. Providing both direct and portfolio investment banks carry a very profound impact on ·national progress. With the rapid globalisation trend, banking affairs advanced across domestic boundaries and became more-oriented to multi-investment banding and capital market activities. 'fhe bank's transaction by its nature is exposed of a collection of risks.
