Under the defence of India Act, Sir Michael had prevented Mahatma Gandhi from entering Punjab ... Gandhiji was on his way, when he was stopped at the border of Palwal, arrested and sent back to Bombay ... I think, Bhaijan, if the British had not committed that blunder, the massacre at Jallianwalla Bagh would not have left such bloody marks on the dark pages of their history ...
