RIS ID
25360
Abstract
Food consists of multiple components that, once consumed, have effects at multiple levels in a non-linear fashion. The effects of food can be studied at the level of food components, such as macronutrients (fat, carbohydrate, protein), micronutrients (vitamins, minerals), or other bioactive substances such as phytochemicals.
