Abstract
This chapter introduces all of the significant components of an integrated international logistics system and how to manage each activity and combine them in a strategic manner. The detailed analysis of the many different combinations of relationships available to managers is beyond the scope of this chapter. In this chapter we will be addressing the logistical channel. The logistical channel handles the physical flow of products and service.
