Abstract

Very recently, I thoroughly enjoyed seeing the beauty of the clouds in the clear, blue skies while sitting at the balcony of my home in Dubai. The natural phenomenon that sparked my attention was that while looking at the movement of clouds from the Far East side towards the southern direction, the intensity of the colour began to fade slowly eventually resulting in uniformity of cloud colours. When the wind speed was normal, cloud movements from high pressure zone to low pressure zone tend to be smooth and result in much-needed rain.
