Metastable β-Ti alloys are key engineering materials due to their excellent combination of ductility and strength associated with the deformation accommodation by stress-induced phase transformation and twinning. In this study, a blended elemental powder metallurgy Ti-10V-3Fe-3Al alloy was heat-treated at two temperatures to produce different β-phase stability and β-domain size.
