Privacy-enhanced key management distributed systems

thesis
posted on 2024-11-12, 01:01 authored by Yangguang Tian
Key management mechanism allows a group of individual users to establish a shared secret key for subsequent cryptographic use. Notably, key exchange protocols are particularly important for distributed collaborative systems, such as Internet of Things or decentralized Wireless Networks, where independent users are working collaboratively to achieve a common goal. In addition to the security of the es- tablished secret key, user privacy is another major concern in wireless and mobile networks. In this thesis, we mainly focus on the privacy issues in key exchange protocols for distributed systems.
