The aim of this research was to study the perceptions and attitudes of Indonesian Nurse Academics (INAs) at different professional levels (employment level, education, experience, and venue / work location) in relation to a series of research activities. The study concentrated on role perceptions, intentions, attitudes, beliefs about keeping up with current issues, and achieving promotion without carrying out research and perceptions of constraints.
