Characterisation of chemically-modified proteins electrospray ionisation mass spectrometry

Electrospray mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) has been used to examine a range of intact monoclonal antibodies (MAbs), antibody fragments, chemically-modified fragments and a range of other chemically-modified peptides and proteins as part of a broader study aimed at establishing ESI-MS as a method for the characterisation of radioimmunoconjugates (ie. radiolabelled monoclonal antibodies).
