Patient and carer experiences: palliative care services national survey report: November 2010

Two surveys were made available to palliative care services to administer as a quality assessment process aimed at improving patient/carer outcomes. The questionnaire designed for patient experience aims to provide a reflection of response to need and patient experiences. The questionnaire for carers is designed to capture a profile of the carer and important elements of their experiences.
