With the high volume of sexual harassment and discrimination calls to the JobWatch Telephone Information Service, JobWatch was interested in understanding the gap in justice system data about the non-legal and legal actions that are taken by workers after being provided with information about their issue. To address this information gap, JobWatch undertook a survey of these TIS callers. 227 people responded to the JobWatch 2022 Workplace Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Survey and 202 people consented to share their response in this research report.
