This is the second report to the 2008 review of community health in New South Wales (NSW) by the Centre for Health Service Development, University of Wollongong. It describes current clinical and management structures in community health and identifies existing gaps in service provision. It also examines issues such as linkages and referral pathways with general practice and other community-based health services and with acute and population health services.
