Under Zomba Plateau: The New Malawian Poetry

Above the quiet town of Zomba, till a few years ago Malawi's capital, now superseded in that role by Lilongwe, but still the seat of the small Chancellor College campus, one can sit, having walked up painfully or driven with much trepidation along a winding road beside precipices, in the agreeable garden of an inn.
