New integron-associated gene cassette encoding a trimethoprim-resistant DfrB-type dihydrofolate reductase

This array was isolated from several multiply antibiotic-resistant Salmonella enterica serovar Infantis strains that appear to be clonally related. The DfrB6 dihydrofolate reductase conferred resistance to trimethoprim.
