An excellent integrated anode (Sn-AB) is constructed by using epoxy (A)-amine (B) glue binding with ultrafine Sn nanoparticles. The electrode with strong adhesion and tensile strength can effectively tolerate the large volume changes of Sn, thereby guaranteeing excellent Li-storage properties. The development of AB binder, therefore, provides a novel and potential tactics for enhancement of electrode integration and mechanical strength.
