After more than 35 years in the German health system, including 15 years as senior consultant, and more than 3 years in Anglo-Saxon distinct countries, be differences of surgical patient care aware. Differences of care should are worked out the patients, the young surgeon and the experienced specialist / senior doctor regarding this presentation. Until the 1990s Germany was proudly on a system that allowed a surgical treatment for each patient within a short time. Planning and operations primarily in doctor's hands were until then. The influence of managers and politicians became increasingly larger. In Germany, there is no long-term experience about how the growing influence of non-physicians on medical treatment procedures will affect. In England, New Zealand, and Australia you have experience but already for a very long time.
