Abstract

Hester Eisenstein is the author of the new book Contemporary Feminist Thought (Unwin 1984). She has taught at Yale and Barnard College, Columbia University, where she helped establish the women's studies program. In 1980 she coedlted The Future of Difference. She now works as senior equal employment adviser to the NSW government.
