Abstract

In ensuring the success of e-government implementation, the Malaysian Government has intensified its effort to improve access to ICT services and facilities in many segments of society. Based on an international benchmarking study, s push for e-procurement adoption. This paper also identifies the key issues in promoting wide e-procurement adoption in Malaysia in the context of developing new public-private partnerships. They are related to cost, infrastructure, skills, organizational capability and government enforcement policy.
