Abstract
The practice of engaging students with their international peers in the mutual construction of international knowledge 'deserves recognition as a central pillar of an internationalizing methodology' (Whalley 1997: 1). The TNE environment in the UAE suggests opportunities for intercultural engagement of students and academics from many cultures and nations within the formal learning experiences, including groupwork. It is the student achievement of international perspectives and intercultural skills, and the peer learning pedagogy that supports their development, that this chapter explores.
