Abstract

WEB services, such as e-commerce [6] and online travel reservations [15], are increasingly popular recently [42]. As many services have similar functionalities [23], [43], [45], one may need to select the best services according to the QoWS (Quality of Web Service) parameters (as shown in Table 1).
