Abstract

I came into the consumer electronics industry as a wearable-technology reseller and educator with a background in e-learning and flexible delivery. My interests in location-enabled, wearable video technologies began in 2003, culminating over the ensuing years in national and international projects with industry, policing, national security, and social research, including the impact on the Australian vocational education and training sector [1].
