Abstract
Increasingly strict limits on ground vibration are required to ensure the normal operation of modern high-tech equipments. In this paper, the micro-vibrations for a high-tech electronics workshop were investigated continuously in twenty-four hours in Yantai of Shan Dong Province, and the acceleration time-history data for each test point were obtained. Internationally accepted one-third octave band analyses were carried out on the data. Also the test results were analyzed in various frequency domain and time domain. Consequently, reasonable proposals for micro-vibration control design of the engineering were put forward, which can be applied to the design of similar microelectronics workshops.
