Knowledge data from measuring and managing the impact of lost organisational knowledge project

Description

The dataset relates to the measurement of knowledge loss. The first part comes from annual surveys based on a produced set of knowledge accounts which measure the knowledge value of people. Each survey contains over 1000 questions and takes over 7 hours to complete. The second part relates to the management of knowledge loss. It uses a set of research interventions designed to change the work attitudes and behaviours of staff involved. It has resulted in the production of training modules and best practice processes for staff to improve the way the Navy does business to reduce the impact of knowledge loss.
