Abstract
After unconscionable foot-dragging, a litany of hollow threats and halfhearted, poorly executed aid measures, the time has finally come for full-scale, international military intervention in former Yugoslavia. There is, sadly, no other alternative that now remains to halt the barbarism enveloping the Balkans.
